Meet Widlene:  

Widlene is currently living in Redeem United’s girls home with Wendy. She has no mother and no father. Since she became orphaned she has been passed around from family to family, never having a stable place to live or anyone sending her to school. She was brought to Redeem United by a friend who had taken her in, short term. She was needing help with a long term solution. Widline is a complete joy to be around. She loves to play games, especially soccer. She is way better at soccer than the boys expected her to be. She is also pretty vicious when playing spoons. She has learned to make bracelets with our other girls which are sold in the Mud & Magnolias boutique. Widline would like to say “Thank you very much for helping me and giving me a family.”
